Spray Tan FAQs
A spray tan takes approximately 15 minutes. It's a quick and simple service!
Wax, Shave and Exfoliate 24hrs before your appointment. Do not shave and shower right before your appointment, the solution will not apply evenly and may lead to streaking. Avoid body lotions and do not shampoo and condition your hair the day of your appointment. Please arrive with clean skin free from moisturiser and deodorant.
We recommend black/dark loose fitted cotton clothing. In the spray tan room you are welcome to wear whatever you are comfortable in from bra and undies, just a G-string or nude. We provide disposal G-strings and hair nets.
Fear not! We have a Water Resistant tan that provides a streak free finish if any water droplets make contact with your skin. We have parking available out the front and drive in option is available on extremely rainy days.
At Naked Tan we use the Fitzpatrick skin type as a factor in determining best appropriate colour for your spray tan treatment.
Naked Tan is the original 2hr tan. All our tans can be washed off after 2hrs.
Need a tan in a hurry? We offer a 20 minute wash and wear tan!
NOTE we do not recommend leaving your tan on for more than 5hrs.
Use warm water, no scrubbing or soap required. Simply rise your bronzer off until the water runs clear.
Naked Tan lasts 7-12 days depending on how well you maintain your tan. We recommend moisturising every day with our Créme de la Créme or Gradual Tan for the colour to last. We also recommend our Face Tan Mist to keep your face glowing and hydrated as this is the first place your tan will fade.
You can choose if you'd like your face sprayed or not. We understand if you have sensitive skin and recommend using our Face Tan Mist instead. Our Face Tan Mist does not clog pores or cause breakouts. It will leave you feeling refreshed, hydrated and glowing!
