At the end of the ordering process, you are invited to click on the ‘CHECKOUT’ button, which will confirm your order.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received and payment has been processed.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS                                                                                                   CONSUMER: Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 for consumer purchases, otherwise there is a flat rate of $12.50 that applies to Australian orders.                   TRADE: Shipping is FREE for all orders over $150 for Trade purchases, otherwise freight will be calculated at check out by post code and weight this applies to Australian orders.
All orders are sent via courier or Australia Post and are fully trackable.
It is suggested that customers provide a physical delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm.                                        P.O boxes will not be accepted or shipped to.
Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;
All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 2-5 business days.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 AUD (for items found on the SHOP tab), otherwise a flat rate of $25.50 AUD applies.

All orders will be dispatched by Jet Worldwide or Australia Post based on size of order and dispatched by the next business day to be delivered within 5-15 business days.


Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1 business day (Monday – Friday).
For deliveries within Australia delivery time will be between 2 and 5 business days based on your location.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.

International delivery time will be between 5 and 15 working days depending on location.
There may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery time frame.

PO Boxes will not be accepted by Naked Tan as a delivery address. A residential or business address must be provided.

Orders submitted with a delivery address to a PO box will be held at our warehouse and the customer will be contacted by Naked Tan. If the customer does not respond to update delivery address within 5 business days the order will be cancelled.


Naked Tan will update the shipping address providing the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, any charges applied by the courier to redirect the item will be passed onto the receiver.
