As the days get colder and we approach the winter months, the season isn’t the only thing that changes. Our skin, lips, hair etc. start to dry out. Dry skin = patchy tan and you don’t want that! Luckily, we’ve got your back! By following these few tips, you can keep your skin hydrated, tanned and glowing all year round!

1 You don’t use a tanning mitt when applying mousse

While it may be appealing to apply your tan with your hands like you would with a moisturiser, this can be a recipe for disaster. Our hands are generally a dry area of the body, meaning they soak up tan quicker than any where else. Applying your tan with your hands will leave you with orange hands and dark palms, even if you wash them after application. To keep your hands looking perfect, apply your tan with an Applicator Mitt and just do a light coat over your hands after moisturising.
